Description

This is an ideal chemical peel for sun-damaged, thirsty, and parched skin. Blended with peptides, AHAs, and collagen, this peel restores a GLOW to the skin as it exfoliates and minimizes the signs of aging.

DIRECTION

Step 1: Cleanse the skin thoroughly with a Courtney Sykes Cleanser of choice, followed by the Resurgence or Purifying Molecules to full face, neck, and chest.

Step 2: After cleansing, apply a thin coat of AHA + BHA Cream Peel with a fan brush to the face, neck, and chest. Avoid eye, nose, and mouth openings. Clients/patients may experience a mild tingle. A handheld fan may be used for additional comfort. The chemical peel is left on for approximately 2-4 minutes and removed with water, wet sponges or gauze until the client does not feel any more tingling sensation. The timing starts once the provider begins to apply the product. Client’s eyes should be closed during the application of the product.

Step 3: Remove/neutralize with cotton squares or gauze soaked in water/baking soda mixture OR utilize the Molecular Neutralizer. Inform the client that it is not unusual to feel a mild tingling sensation during the peel as well as the neutralizing process.

Step 4: Extractions may be performed at this time.

Step 5: Apply a facial mask of choice.

Step 6: Apply a nourishing serum and moisturizer. Finish with a sunscreen application of choice.
